Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX 8.3.1.1 and Thirdlane Connect 1.4.1

   Thirdlane Connect 1.4.1

  • Added ability to make calls via Callbacks (on iOS and Android). With this option turned on, when making a call you will receive a regular incoming call to your mobile phone from your PBX. This may be very useful in case of bad connectivity or expensive data packages
  • Added sharing ability to iOS application. Now you can share videos, photos, links or any other files to your Thirdlane Connect contacts right from your iPhone
  • Optimized file sharing. Now Thirdlane Connect will remember all files that you downloaded and will prompt you to open the file next time your open a chat instead of re-downloading it
  • Added optimization of images and videos transferred through Thirdlane Connect. This will improve your data consumption and reduce time for uploading and downloading files
  • New version detection in desktop Thirdlane Connect
  • Improved support for iPhone X
  • Numerous bug fixes and optiomizations on all platforms - iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux

   Communications Manager 8.3.1.1

  • Fixed dialplan to eliminated errors and properly manage references to recorded calls for transfers
  • Updated all the Kamailio commands to conform to the new versions of Kamailio
  • Removed default port 5060 when creating extensions
  • Added various database tables for cluster management
  • Fixed Kamailio policies management
  • Fixed handling of command containing ',' in voice menus
  • Various performance enhancements when managing queues, huntlists, extensions, mailboxes
  • Added control of inline java heap size
  • Added code to kill inline java process on worker servers (requires server_type=worker in /etc/webmin/asterisk/instances.txt)
  • Removed database query for associated recordings when displaying queues to improve UI performance
  • Added queues.include generator, made text configuration the default for queues (see extconfig.conf)
  • Added includes for custom general queue settings and queues.include to queue.conf
  • Simplified queue member management code
  • Removed ability to set realtime for queues and sip in system preferences
  • Fixed linear queues strategy, added seqeunce to queue members to preserve order, simplified update_queue code
  • Fixed an error when downloading pdf containing graphics
  • Made 'yes' the default for operator column in voicemail_conf, set it to yes for the existing records
  • Removed voicemail reload when managing extensions
  • Added file name validation for voice prompt recording (no spaces, etc)
  • Fixed sip_peers.include file ownership
  • Fixed Apple notifications - enforced APNS socket shutdown, fixed APNS socket persistence and memory leak
  • Fixed Timezone Map form layout

If you are using earlier versions of Thirdlane platform and are current on your maintenance, you can update to 8.3.1.1 by running:

yum clean all
yum update

Thirdlane Connect for Windows, Mac, and Linux desktops can be obtained using your browser based Thirdlane Connect - just go to Settings -> Downloads, and download and install.

New Android version of Thirdlane Connect is available in Google Play.

New IPhone version of Thirdlane Connect is available in App Store.
