Hello
I have been having issue on my multi-tenant system with MWI. The issue is that the system doesn't always notify the extensions about a new messages and it seems to move around to different tenants and or extensions. I have found that if I do a SIP RELOAD any phones that didn't have a notification of new messages waiting will suddenly work. The other way I have found to trigger it is to do a SIP PRUNE REALTIME on the extension or all extensions and this will also work. Does anyone know have any ideas on this issue or has anyone ever dealt with this issue before?
I am running Multi-Tenant Version Comm Manager 7.3.2.1 Asterisk Ver. 1.8.32.1

Not sure if this counts but the system is setup as HA DRBD Cluster and I notice that we are running currently on secondary. I think the issue started after we went to this configuration from stand alone server.
Has the server's address changed after the initial install?
