Posted by lyndon on Mon, 10/20/2008

Hi ,
We are evaluating the multi-tenant edition.
We have successfully registered handset and sip trunk – see below:

thirdlane*CLI> sip show peers
Name/username Host Dyn Nat ACL Port Status
103-thirdlane/103-thirdla (Unspecified) D 0 Unmonitored
102-thirdlane/102-thirdla (Unspecified) D 0 Unmonitored
101-thirdlane/101-thirdla 192.168.0.78 D 2054 OK (41 ms)
demo/0756071289 202.83.183.33 N 5060 OK (68 ms)
4 sip peers [Monitored: 2 online, 0 offline Unmonitored: 0 online, 2 offline]
thirdlane*CLI>

When we make an outbound call we get the following error ???

-- Executing [0400596366@from-inside-thirdlane:1] Macro("SIP/101-thirdlane-08f71680", "tl-set-variables2|from-inside-redir-thirdlane|thirdlane") in new stack

I think it maybe a NAT issue or an Outbound route issue but I can’t seem to sort it out.

Anyone got any ideas here ??

not sure what country you are in and who you are using for an outbound trunk, without a backstory I cant even tell you if 0400596366 is even a valid string :)

none of your outbound routes are setup for that type of dialing.

your routes are setup so everything starts with either a 1 or [2-9], there is no provision for zero. Create new outbound routes and you'll be ok. Those routes are for north america number plan.
