We have Thirdlane MTE currently working with Asterisk 1.6.0.6 and we have a tenant that wants to setup queues. He needs a way for the agents to login so that calls can be directed to them however, I understand that the feature for this has been deleted from Asterisk 1.6.
I have seen some work arounds for single user Asterisk so how do we do this now for MTE.
Anybody out there have something?

Yea i can write this,
Yea i can write this, wouldnt take too long. In fact you'd end up with quite a few left over support hours to use for other projects.
call 502-589-4638 and ask for Steve Sadd regarding thirdlane support contracts.
It will require some custom programming but It can be done.
