In the migration screen, there is an option for Elastix. I have put my Elastix v4 u/p and IP address - but it keeps coming back at unable to authenticate.
I thought I would try doing it from the elastix backup file. I uploaded it through the GUI , but that failed. Not sure if the backup is supposed to be a .tar file or .Tar.gz.
I even looked at the log file in /var/login/thirdlane and found it tries to move the file to /temp/tl-export.tar. so I tried helping it through - still no luck.
Has anyone got any pointers, as we don't want to go through the whole process of rebuild out setup.
