License server problem to retrieve license.

Hi,

We are seeing an error in the license of our Thirdlane PBX,
We get a "Invlid license" message,
And the last day that could be verified was 2017-04-12

According to what we have traced our PBX-Thirdlane is trying to connect to:
142.4.192.239 (ls2.thirdlane.com),
We already check that there's no network related problem.

Is there someone with the same problem?
Will it be a problem with the license server?

As I understand it was a problem due to server's IP address change and it is all ok now?

As a general rule - if PBX servers's IP address changes the license must be first deactivated and then activated.
