Hi,
I just ran into a strange issue when configuring a new tenant and trying to use another tenant to copy standard settings. The server throws an error:
"can not create user extensions - limit exceeded". When clicking on more info i get :
" Server returned error code = -1
Number of User Extensions (340) exceeds the maximum number of User Extensions allowed by your license (250)."
- I'm not adding extensions yet, just setting up a new tenant
- The actual number of extensions is well below the mentioned licensed number, so even if i was adding extensions the numbers are incorrect.
Setting up a tenant without trying to copy info from another does work but it is inconvenient as i have to setup everything manually now. Using another tenant to copy from does not fix the issue. Running version 14.3.1.50
