Hi, I will like to have the Call ID in the name of the audio record that is generated in the queues. This is in order to find exactly that file and to prevent duplicated names.
Any suggestion how to do that?

It is a good idea. Overall I think we need fully descriptive names - just wonder if there is anything else worth including. The problem changing this is that the name format has to match in the scripts and the application, so there is a 1) update issue - both scripts and the app must be updated which we can not enforce 2) backward compatibility issue (we would need to support both the "old" and the "new" format of names).
Suggestions and more naming requests?
