How to get voicemails emailed to users

Hello,

We recently upgraded to 12.x version of Thirdlane.  One of the features that we had enjoyed was that when a voicemail was left for a user, it would be emailed to them.  That seems to no longer work on the 12.x version.  We are for now checking them manually, but it is adding support overhead to  the company(due to users not understanding how to operate their phone, forgetting passwords, etc.).  We configured the voicemail settings exactly how we did with previous versions.  Is there some thing that may have changed with version 12 in this regard?  Is there a specific log file I should be looking at for clues?
