Forward all DIDs

Has anyone done something similar to what our client is asking for? Or can it be done easily and we just don't know how? Our client wants to push a softkey on a phone that will then route all incoming calls on all (4) DIDs to special message/voicemail box? The situation is that when the company goes into a meeting they want all four lines to have the same message "sorry we couldn't take you call, we are in a company meeting...." and then have them leave a message in a mailbox.

well not with a button but you can do it with operator managed routes. Its mutually exclusive to schedule based routes. They are either managed by a schedule or by an operator.
