We just started using the ThirdLane products with our new VOIP system, and so far we love it!
I do have a question about the feature "Display Outlook Contact by Searching These Fields".....I am unsure what this is suppose to do? Does it open Outlook and display the particular contact? Should this just work, or does it require additional configuration outside of the checkbox and picking the fields? Does it work with Outlook 2007?
Maybe somebody can point me in the right direction of what exactly this feature does and how we can implement?
