Vote to bring back visual voicemail - IMHO dialing voicemail feels like a downgrade.
Completely agree. The downgrade to no visual voicemail was a poor step backward and extremely disappointing to us. We are now trying to find some type of workaround to this before we upgrade any production customer systems. I can not believe the product is now not able to support a feature which has been in mainstream VoIP telecom since 2005.
It is a temporary "downgrade", sorry for the inconvenience. An equivalent feature will be back soon. In the meantime, all users have access to voicemail in the user portal.

It's never a wise practice to remove core elements of an application which users rely on. What is the timeline for the feature returning?
