I've noticed that when a toast notification pops up using the Desktop app, and you click it, it takes you to your last open chat, not the chat with the person who just sent you a message:

Had a few complaints from users about this, they click the popup and start typing a response only to send it to the wrong customer.
Is there a way to change this behaviour?

Thanks for the report, we will include the fix in the upcoming release. We also added replying inside notifications on OS X.
