We found that after our TL MT upgrade to 9.1.2-37, there are multiple duplicate entries in the CDRs for conference room calls. To clarify, we have a DID pointed to a conference room that our clients use to conduct conference calls. Prior to the upgrade, the CDRs would have only one entry per participant, but now there are multiple (we've seen up to 16), all which have different start and end times and different durations, but the channel ID is the same. Also, these calls don't reflect in the CDR section of the web GUI. This makes billing for these calls difficult. Thanks in advance.
