CID Issue

We're experiencing an intermittent issue on inbound calls where the trunk name shows as the CID number and CID name rather than the actual caller's information. So far we've only experienced this through calls to an IVR. The correct CID number and name are shown in the logs initially for a call, but it changes later. We had same results on MTE 10.1.18 and MTE 10.1.2.2. Has anyone else experienced this or have some insights?
