I have a question about the CDR time in the user portal.
If I have customers on the eastern time zone and I have them on the central time zone how do I show them the correct time when they view the CDR through the we portal?
I dont know if this is possible but seems like a valid question.

It seems like the easiest fix for this could be a box at the top of the cdr window that the user can select their time zone and it will adjust accordingly. Sounds stupid but its better than nothing. As far as the gmt time I don't think the users will like this very much.

its not possible, if you set the option in the configs to use gmt time at least all your cdr is in gmt and each timezone can subtract their own offset.
