Can't send 10 type frames with SIP write

TL 12.0.1.129 (latest version as far as I know).  This is our development machine testing the latest version.

Every 31 seconds exactly, there is a slight blip in the audio and in the console, see  the following.  This is on all calls.  Yealink phone.

Google doesn't seem to have any consistent .

Would anyone have any ideas?
