Can't find a definitive answer...

But suspect it's no!

Is there a way to have a light indicate a call is in Park

Say have 3 buttons labeled 701, 702, and 703

When a call is parked at extension 1 the button labeled 701 lights up until that call is picked up.

Same for 702 and 703

yes, if you add new buddies on a 650 like 701 702 etc and you select 'watch buddy' then it will populate unassigned buttons in the 'speed dial index' order of unpopulated buttons. then when a call is parked they glow red.

I've just tried this on IP321 but it doesn't work (when I watch standard extension it works fine) . Do I need IP450 or better for this to work?

Thanks

321 is just a 2 linekey phone, but if it watches a regular extension it will watch a parked call as long as your hints are setup correctly etc.

Based on the Polycom admin documentation, page 4-55 (link below) the BLF feature is available only on SoundPoint IP 430, 450, 550, 560, 600, 601, 650 and 670 phones. But as I said the buddy watch for standard extension works on IP321. So I'm not sure what to think about this. Did you ever try to monitor parked calls on Polycom phones?

Ok, I think the problem is with the HINT command. Could you please give me an example how the hint for parked calls should looks like?

thanks
