I'm trying to set up 2 digit speed dialing. I want to use the dial pattern _#XX which will give me 100 possible slots to use. The problem arises when I try to create the outbound route. The system will not let me use the pound sign in the pattern. It will however, let me use a *. Is there any reason why the # is disallowed?

I ran into that too, i had to manually put them in from-inside-redir as a workaround.
On a related note, when looking at the asterisk cli, the # sign is getting interpreted as "%23" yet it is being properly sent on my non-thirdlane servers.
