CallerId on forwarded returning calls

if a call is returned to the switchboards unanswered,can the CLI indicate that it is a returned call and not a new call. Client need to be able to identify this so that they don’t irritate their callers by going through their whole introduction again.

The ESP module should work perfectly for you.

Or you could setup a special DID and use the as the CLI for outbound calls and send any calls to that DID to a route the will let the callee know it's coming from that DID
