Caller ID with directed pickups

Hi guys,

When doing directed call pickups, is there any way to get the caller ID as well? Right now I get the feature code + extensions I picked instead of the incoming caller ID.

no, by nature of the way a back2back user agent works. Its the similar to why you dont get callerid on attended transfers, only blind. A new feature in 1.8 is supposed to address this, but I dont know if it will affect pickup as well.
