Caller ID

Whenever I receive a call, it shows the DID number its coming in on instead of the Caller ID.
Am I configuring it wrong? It works on other Asterisk builds that I have used before.

Let me know what I can do. The provider is Axvoice.

I will need more information in order to help with that. I am not even sure as to what type of trunk you have setup. A common problem occurs when the callerid is set on the trunk instead of set to 'asreceived'. Instead of a single 'friend' configuration, create a user and a peer. the peer callerid can be what you want your outbound set to, but the user config needs its callerid set to asreceived.
