I am using Thirdlane 5.0.51 with Asterisk ver 1.2.17 (I realize how old these are, upgrading is outside of my control at the moment)
Recently ringing tones stopped working when calls are transfered. The caller just hears silence, eventually they will get to the voicemail of the extension they were transfered to. When they call in they hear ringing tones, when they are placed on hold they hear MoH. When I dial Extension to Extension the ringing tones are heard.
I realize how old the version I'm using are, but any hints or suggestions on where to look or read to help fix this would be really appreciated.
Even just putting MoH in place of it would be a quick fix, any suggestions how how to accomplish that?
