I have a new ST install on 1.6.0.26...works great except when you try to use voice mail either by leaving a message or checking VM...the symptom is that the ling hangs up.
The CLI show's ast_openstream_full: File vm-password (or vm-theperson) does not exist in any format
I assume this is an issue with the voice mail prompts that would be played...as you don't get any prompts.
Has anyone run accross this issue or have insight on how to fix/work around?

not enough information to diagnose.. transcoding problem? not enough licenses for g729? forgot to install the sound files?
