Hey
We've configured the server to use our mysql server; and everything on the box functions as we'd expect it with the exception of trying to go to "Reporting and Statistics" -> "Call Detail Records"; that just displays the following error:
Is this a known issue or what should I do to look in to it?

I actually have the same problem with "Recent Calls"; under the user portal...
