Polycom phones have the best sound quality and IMO a more professional look. Some phones have a very dated 80s look to them. Once you get over the initial learning curve of provisioning you'll come to realize they are the MOST flexible and customizable phones out there. Out of the thousands that we've sold since 2005, I can count 6 that have ever failed; two of which were storm damage at someones house 3yrs after purchase. the Jabra and Plantronics cordless headsets are able to answer the phones without the need for a 90s clunker handset lifter.

There is a DECT cordless base station by polycom (branded kirk/spectralink the KW300 and KW600) that is ethernet and supports up to 12 phones (KW300 model). There are a few different handsets for it that vary in features; the top end even has bluetooth.

as far as existing analog phones are you looking for an ATA to plug an analog phone into or are you looking for a device to act as a 1FB analog trunk line to a PBX?
