8.0.2.2 Connect - Access Forbidden

Posted by jlindler on Thu, 03/09/2017

Did the update to 8.0.2.2, and now users cannot logon to Connect. They receive the message access forbidden. I have reset passwords and disabled/enabled TL Connect for the user extension, but this does not solve the issue. Things to try or check?

I just noticed the same issue but to add when i went to fix it that tenant (our in-house tenant) everything is blanked out (no values) when you go into edit tenant. Not all tenants are exhibiting this behavior

update - I did a reload which fixed the no value tenant - but still can't log in with connect app.
getting - even though it is enabled.
ACCESS FORBIDDEN

Make sure that Thirdlane Connect is enabled for your extension.

We have upgraded to 8.0.3.9 and still cant login to connect. Get error code 108. Is anyone having any success with it on the latest release

As an update, I discovered after deleting the extension and much playing around, that unless you have the user portal settings on the extension set to allow manage contacts, it gives error 108 and wont let the user login. You can blcok any other settings on an extension and it lets you login but not that one.

We update yesterday to version 8.0.3.9 and the proplem code 108 is solved. After a day testing a lot of things, everything is working fine now. Thanks for the good works.
