Is it possible to create 2 digit extensions using the third lane platform? If so, can someone please provide some details as to how it can be accomplished?
It's a pretty bad idea to use 2 digit extensions because of other 2 digit vertical service codes etc. When we take over companies with real shitty phone systems where extensions were literally 12, 18 etc, we simply put a 1 in front so 12 becomes 112. Is this some 5 handset setup or something?
