Thirdlane Platform and Thirdlane Connect 16.2.1 is available as a Configuration Manager update.
REST API. Drive more of the platform from your own tools: history, live queues, media, Connect, and AI-agent users. Keys can be limited to a single tenant.
Organization Analytics. Caller and contact-center reporting, plus fleet-wide Platform Analytics. Grafana is for system metrics only.
Users, Access, and Security. Sign-in history, failed logins, and security findings.
Connect. A voicemail greetings library, easier message search, and call history that updates within seconds.
Branding. Colors, logo, and favicon on Connect and the Configuration Manager, globally or per organization. Connect also sets the login app name.
Warm standby, Route Analysis, email templates, and messaging opt-out ship in the same release.
