Voicemail Settings
In this section you can specify your Voicemail settings.
Voicemail Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Mailbox PIN | PIN for accessing your mailbox by phone. |
| Notify by email about new voicemail | When enabled, you will receive an email notification each time a new voicemail message is received. |
| Email Address | The email address where voicemail notifications are sent. |
| Attach messages to email | When enabled, the voicemail audio file will be attached to the notification email so you can listen without logging in. |
| Delete Voicemail after delivery | When enabled, voicemail messages will be automatically deleted from the server after being delivered via email. |
| Notify secondary email address | When enabled, notifications will also be sent to a secondary email address. |
| Pager Email Address | Your secondary (pager) email address for notifications. |
| Transcribe to text | When enabled (and supported by your administrator), voicemail messages will be automatically transcribed to text. The transcription will be included in the notification email. |
