Company Directory

The Company Directory lists all users in your organization who have phone extensions. These contacts are managed by your administrator in User Extensions and cannot be edited from this screen.

Viewing the Directory

The grid displays all company users with their contact details including name, department, extension, email, and phone numbers. You can sort records by clicking on any column header.

Use the filter to quickly find contacts by Last Name, First Name, or Department. For each field you can specify whether you are looking for an exact match, or entries starting with or containing the specified text.

Note

Your own contact information in the Company Directory can be updated in Contact Information.

Calling Your Colleagues

To call a colleague, click one of their phone numbers in the grid. Your phone will ring and when you pick it up you will hear it ringing their phone.
