Contact Information

This section allows you to manage your own contact information that will be included in the Company Directory. Other users in your organization will be able to see this information when searching the directory.

Contact Fields

Field	Description
First Name	Your first name (required)
Last Name	Your last name (required)
Home Phone	Your home phone number
Mobile Phone	Your mobile phone number
Other Phone	An additional phone number
Photo URL	URL for your profile photo — this photo will appear in the Company Directory and in Thirdlane Connect

Note

Some fields such as Department and Office Phone may be managed by your administrator and are not editable from this screen.

Calling from the Directory

Other users will be able to click on your phone numbers in the Company Directory to call you directly using click-to-call.
