Call Recording

This screen (if enabled) allows you to specify whether the calls to and from your extension will be recorded. Note that this option may be disabled by your system administrator and this screen will not be available.

You can view and listen to your recorded calls on the Recorded Calls screen.

Recording Fields

Field	Description
Record External Incoming Calls	When set to On, all incoming calls from external numbers will be recorded.
Record External Outgoing Calls	When set to On, all outgoing calls to external numbers will be recorded.
Transcribe to text	When enabled (and supported by your administrator), recorded calls will be automatically transcribed to text.

Note

Depending on your administrator’s configuration, additional recording options may be available, including recording all calls, recording internal calls, and on-demand recording by pressing *9.
