Music-on-Hold

In this section you can select your personal Music-on-Hold. This is the music or audio that callers hear when you place them on hold.

Settings

Field	Description
Personal Music-on-Hold	Select a music category from the dropdown list. The available categories are configured by your administrator. Select the empty option to use the system default.

Note

The music categories and audio files within them are managed by your administrator. If you need a specific music category added, contact your administrator.
