Thirdlane Platform and Thirdlane Connect 16.1.3 is available as a standard Configuration Manager update. This is a focused release — two new Connect capabilities, a more flexible AI provider model, and a round of fixes.
Mentions in Connect. Type @ to mention a teammate, @everyone, or @here from a typeahead picker; mentions render as highlighted chips and stand out with a red mention badge and a distinct sound. New per-conversation notification levels — All messages, Mentions only, or Nothing — replace the simple mute toggle, with a row icon showing the level at a glance. Mentions are delivered to all your signed-in devices and still accrue as badges while Do Not Disturb is on, kept in sync by the messaging servers.
Multi-provider AI. AI Services now support OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint for both post-call recording analysis and Connect chat assist. The local Ollama provider is replaced by these cloud providers, and post-call analysis now calls the selected provider end to end.
More Connect updates. Place calls and send dictated messages by voice with Siri on iPhone (setup is handled automatically), delete calls from your Connect call history (one, several, or all — hidden only for you, with recordings and reporting unaffected), and video calling now happens in Meetings while one-to-one and group Connect calls stay voice only.
Fixes and improvements. Resumable database schema upgrades, a corrected API key endpoint, analytics reports and filters working on single-tenant systems, reliable analytics refresh after updates, and several Connect channel-management and web sign-in/logout fixes.
These build on the major Thirdlane 16.1.1 release — Omnichannel Contact Center, built-in CRM, AI voice intelligence, WhatsApp Business, and Multi-Site Organizations.
