Thirdlane Platform and Thirdlane Connect 16.1.2 is available as a standard Configuration Manager update. This is a maintenance release focused on playback performance, call reliability, and fixes.
Faster playback. Recordings and voicemail start playing instantly, and you can jump to any point. The same instant playback and seek land in Connect, along with a fix for recording and voicemail playback that could occasionally fail to start.
More reliable calling. Connect loads faster in the browser, call audio is more reliable with better speaker and earpiece routing and ringback on outgoing calls, and calls no longer occasionally stay “active” after the other side hangs up. Call history loads more smoothly, with no duplicate or missing entries.
Fixes. Repaired the Special Endpoints API, resolved a rare error when creating a user, and restored support for the Firefox browser in Configuration Manager.
