Use License

Service Description

Thirdlane provides an omnichannel communications platform with built-in CRM functionality. Our service includes voice, messaging, intelligent routing, and customer relationship management tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thirdlane be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
