Conference Rooms

Your administrator may configure your extension with access rights to one or more conference rooms in which case the Conference Roorms screen will be available.

As an alternative to Conference Rooms you can use Thirdlane Connect Channels for both Audio and Video Conferencing.

Conference Rooms section shows all the Conference Rooms assigned to you by an administrator.

Clicking on “Recorded Calls” opens a window where you can click on individial recorded conferences and listen to the recording.

Clicking on “Monitor” for a opens the Conference Monitor window.

Conference Monitor

Conference Monitor allows a user with appropriate permissions to see the conference in progress. It shows all the participants and their status, shows “active talker”, allows to “Mute” and “Unmute” all or individual participants, and “Lock” the conference to disallow new participants.

Conference Monitor also allows to remove all or individual participants from the conference if necessary.
