vtiger and MT?

Looks to me like vtiger is only designed for a single tenant - e.g. no way to setup multiple companies to share the application. Or am I missing something?

you are absolutely correct. Additionally, adding features that store CDR data into vtiger, when more than one tenant is connected, could put you in violation of the FCC CPNI disclosure statements. Since one tenant could easily view the CDR records of another tenant. The core of vtiger would have to be completely re-written with hard partitions in place would be necessary before It was considered ready for MTE. The ITSP's that did not comply with the CPNI this year got smacked with a $20k fine. We saw a list of 9 or so companies that got hit with a fine this year.
