I can login as admin tenant
I can login as admin tenant pbx or superadmin (aka root). It's work OK.
How to get access to the portal with user login without admin privileges?

Look at your user extensions
Look at your user extensions page and you will see a column labeled Web Login with the extension's username. The default password is the extension number.

I have login with admin privileges. Then in directory numbers I have change password. :)
That should work if you loaded your system from the ISO.
