Download the source, stop pbxportal, type ./configure; make menuselect; make; make install, start pbxportal? Complete downtime, maybe 2 minutes?

sounds like you should hire a professional and/or spend about 3months learning the OS. Both are sound advice. You're a phone company for gods sake, you dont have the luxury of not knowing your system regardless if you paid $5k for a thirdlane solution or pay 1.2million, plus $375k annually, on a broadsoft solution. Being down for 4-5hrs while you're on the phone finding someone to fix your problem is unacceptable to your customers.

the ISO is based on pre-set defaults of Moscow timezone's and phone codec's. Unless you're in moscow I doubt those pre-sets are going to be OK with your users. You still need to know how to change those.
