Trunk with tenant name are listed as agent

If have create a trunk with the tenant name in its name, this trunk is listed in "available to add" on the queues website. I'm using the lastest version of Thirdlane MTE.

I think it's better when trunks aren't listed as agents if the contain the tenant name, because when customers can configure there PBX alone it's maybe confusing them. They could select the trunk as agent and unpredictable things can happen. It's also minimize the support efforts of the administrator ;-)

A trunk is a channel, all channels are going to list in that window. Customers who know that little about channels and asterisk should engage support services to ensure they are doing everything right. Knowing that little, it's likely they would never make it as far as setting up queues. Trunks and extensions and getting phones registering would be so difficult that by the time setting up queues came along they would already be infinitely familiar with their channel names to recognize a trunk when they see one.
