Transfer time when ## are clicked

Hello

Some of our customers do ## for transfering calls. Some of them have problem that the transfer does a timeout when they have clicked ##. The call is not transferred but it put back the caller on the line.

Is there any parameter where you can set the time when you have pressed ## on a call and got the voice "Transfer" to that the call is returned to the caller. 10 seconds would be nice or so.

if its defined anywhere it would be in features.conf as thats the module that handles dtmf based transfers. theres been a few bugs regarding this feature in 1.6.2.x so check your versions against the changelogs too.

I will take a look immediately and I found this line

;transferdigittimeout => 3 ; Number of seconds to wait between digits when transferring a call

You need to add a new line to features.conf:
atxfernoanswertimeout = 40 ; Timeout on Attended Transfer
