Anyone one to get paid for training of how to install MTE? I am very SIP savvy bit with other systems. Just need to get this system fine tuned.

As the product grows a bit more, engineers will want to be 'Thirdlane certified' and products will want to be 'Thirdlane Certified'.

This will help tremendously when looking for a billing solution, operator panel, live queuing viewer, etc.

If no one feels confident enough, I would start with the ISO and make small tweaks from there or put a general scope of work to give people an idea of what needs to be done.

If there is enough interest we could definitely create product certification program and organize training + certification for engineers.

If you are interested - post to this thread or contact me at sales@thirdlane.com.

Regarding MTE installation help - please conatct me at the same address.

Best regards,

Alex

I agree 100% for a training and Certification. I have a couple of tech gusy working for me and I will like to have them trained and certified so I can be sure that they know what they need.

Good morning, we are currently completing our thirdlane administrative and techinical training classes for our sales team. Next week is our first class. After this class I will post some info on the results and customer feedback.

Administrative will cover the operation of the PBXManager MTE and Single.

Techinical will have all of the administrative and move into the advanced side of installing / trunks / scripts / just about everything you see in the forum for questions that come up.

If you wish to have a deeper discussion relating to this you can contact me.
