I'm trying to setup SaleForce integration in ThirdlLane Connect. It works, but onl y partially. I'm able to do a loookup by First names and emails only. If I write first and last name, the search doesn't find anything.
Incoming call number lookup in SalesForce doesn't work either. Do you think You can help me?
