Hunt Group Issues

Posted by mattdarnell on Mon, 12/03/2007

I upgraded Thirdlane PBX 5.0.47 & scripts to 1.1.35. I upgraded scripts first.

When I go to add a hunt group there is no scripts in the "If no one answers run script" drop box.

Is there a way to populate the field?

okay, nice write up on the new DOC, (duped a couple places) but as I suspected I was doing things right..

current setup.. ring sale list, rings an ext,, time out to voice mail if that ext. doesn't answer.

I get the following..

-- Nobody picked up in 15000 ms

[Dec 4 20:53:17] NOTICE[17448]: cdr.c:434 ast_cdr_free: CDR on channel 'Local/301@from-inside-axint-32e8,1' not posted

-- Goto (macro-tl-ringgroup-base,dial-NOANSWER,1)

-- Executing [dial-NOANSWER@macro-tl-ringgroup-base:1] Goto("Local/13035922947@from-outside-2e25,2", "failed|1") in new stack

-- Goto (macro-tl-ringgroup-base,failed,1)

-- Executing [failed@macro-tl-ringgroup-base:1] MacroExit("Local/13035922947@from-outside-2e25,2", "") in new stack

and the system hangs up on the caller..

NOTE I get the same results using every feature code..

Also from the new DOC :

How long to ring (sec). The time Asterisk will continue to ring this ring group. Note that voicemail and all the call forwarding ans screening options for the User Extension are disabled when User

Extension is dialed in a ring group,

this is not the case as if the extension the list is calling has a voice mail setting less then the time on the hunt list of extensions voice mail will pick it up,, one would say problem solved BUT if dialing an external number the call is as you can see from the above the call is dropped.. BAD!!

please advise what I'm doing wrong and if nothing a time for a correction..

Thanks
