MTE or single tenant?

each extension can specify callerid on an outbound call (assuming your phone provider lets you set this) which is set in the user extension area. In MTE you must also give the tenant permission to specify their callerID; otherwise it will only use the default DID for the tenant. Be advised that you must adhere to the FCC standard for callerID number; otherwise your carrier can and will revoke your ability to set this. The best practice is to use the 10 digit NXXNXXXXXX format.

It's solved, everything was working fine, I've ran i SIP debug on the Asterisk and found out that DID number was shown correctly, so what was the problem?, On my sip trunk provider I had two accounts one for standard sip account and one for the "real" sip trunk and both had 5060 portnumber and same ipadress to the pbx system, so when I changed the sip account and only using the "real" sip trunk with ip based ath. everything worked just fine. I created a new SIP trunk in thirdlane MTE system added only the host adress and nothing more and everything was up and running at once!
