we are using thirdlane MTE in our network, what i wanted to ask if its possible to change internal caller ID for extn - extn dialing. i know we can change it from sip.conf (or from internal caller id field under User extns) but is there any other variable/location that we can change to change internal caller id.
i would ideally like to pass on an entry from AstDB to be used as internal caller ID.
i have already tired changing callerID in "tl-notify" , "tl-set-my-variables" and "tl-userexten-base" but it still displays the default extn caller ID name and number.
any help would be much appreciated
