I am looking to find a way to custom program the BUDDIES button on the polycom 550 phone to stay while on a call, versus changing to CONF. This way the user has a quick way of checking the status of other users while on a call. This particular customer prefers not to use the web interface for this activity. Does anyone know how to make this change on the polycom 550 phone?
