Ever since the upgrade to PBX Manager 6.0.1.57 I have been unable to upload custom logos for my clients. It worked beautifully before that. Has anyone else seen this? is it a bug or am I missing something? I have tried uploading a logo that worked before to no avail.

I tried loading a custom logo one time after the upgrade, and it didn't seem to work. Never had time to investigate it. I suspect there may be a problem.

There was a problem - will be fixed in the next build (6.0.1.60).

I'm facing almost the same issue
under Thirdlane v6.0.1.81, I updated 1 custom logo for one tenant which is working fine
but I created another tenant, and now I'm trying to update a custom logo, I have no error message, but my logo does not appear
Can someone help me ?

a work around to manually install the image file in /hadata/etc/webmin/asterisk/TENANTNAMElogo.gif make sure to preseve the file name
